How do I receive my code?
Every item on HiroPost is a digital code. The moment your payment is verified, the code appears on your private order page — and we email the link to the address you gave at checkout.
Tap a code on the order page to reveal it, then follow the redeem steps shown underneath it.
How long does delivery take?
Usually within a minute of payment. The order page updates by itself while the payment is being confirmed.
If an item is briefly out of stock when you pay, we restock and email you within 24 hours. Nothing else is needed from you.
I lost my order link — how do I get back to my codes?
The link is in your confirmation email. If you have set a password, you can also sign in and open any of your orders without the link.
Sign in to your accountCan I buy more than one code at a time?
Yes. Use the quantity stepper on the brand page or in the cart. Each product shows its own per-order limit; you can combine different products in one order.
Do you ship anything physical?
No. Nothing is shipped — every product is delivered as a code on your order page.
