1. Who we are and acceptance of these terms
HiroPost (“we”, “us”) operates the HiroPost storefront, which sells prepaid digital codes: gaming currency, store wallet codes and gift cards for app memberships. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to every order placed through the storefront. Postal address: Vener Junkshop, Purok 6, Barangay Amsic, Angeles City, Pampanga, Philippines.
By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms, the Return Policy, the Privacy Policy and the End User License Agreement, and that you are old enough to enter into a binding contract where you live (at least 18 years old, or the age of majority if higher). Products for 18+ services, such as Tinder, may only be bought by people who meet that service’s own age requirement.
2. The products
Everything we sell is digital. Nothing is shipped. Products fall into three families: gaming currency codes and PINs (for example Razer Gold or Mobile Legends Diamonds), store wallet and gaming gift cards (for example Steam Wallet or Roblox) and app membership gift cards (for example Tinder Gold or Platinum). Every item is a single-use code; we sell no subscriptions and bill nothing on a recurring basis.
HiroPost is an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of Tinder, Razer, Valve or any other brand whose products we list. Brand names are used only to identify the items sold. Each brand decides what its product includes, where it works and how it may be redeemed, and may change those rules at any time.
It is your responsibility to check, before you buy, that the product matches your account: the right service, the right currency, the right region and an account that is allowed to redeem it.
3. Orders, prices and taxes
Prices are shown in USD and are calculated from our catalog at the time of payment. Quantities per order may be limited per product, and a product shown as sold out cannot be ordered until it is restocked.
Prices exclude any taxes that Whop is required to add at checkout; the exact amount, including any tax, is shown on the payment page before you pay.
An order is placed when you complete payment through our payment provider, and accepted once the provider has verified the payment. Until then no contract exists and nothing is owed by either side.
We may cancel an accepted order and refund it in full if a price was displayed incorrectly, if the product is no longer available from our supplier, or if we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. We will tell you if that happens.
When you place an order we create a customer account for the email address you gave, so you can find your orders again. You can set a password from the confirmation email or with “Forgot password”. Keep your sign-in details private; anything done with them counts as done by you. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
4. Payment and verification
Payments are processed by Whop. Your card or wallet details are entered on Whop’s secure pages and are never seen or stored by HiroPost. Whop’s own terms apply to the payment itself. The charge appears on your card or bank statement under Whop’s name (look for “HIROPOST” or “WHOP”).
An order is only treated as paid once Whop confirms the payment to us. A message in your browser, an email or a screenshot is never proof of payment on its own.
If a payment does not match the order, or looks unusual to us or to Whop, we may hold the release of your items for a short verification check — normally a few hours — and will email you. If the check fails we cancel the order and refund the payment.
5. Delivery
Items are delivered digitally on the private order page created for your order. As soon as Whop verifies your payment, your code or PIN is shown there — normally within a minute — and we email a link to that page to the address you gave at checkout.
The link is private: anyone who has it can see your codes. You are responsible for keeping the confirmation email and the link safe.
If an item is briefly out of stock we will deliver it within 24 hours and email you when it is ready. Delivery is complete when the item is shown on your order page. Please check it promptly and tell us in our Whop support chat if anything is wrong.
6. Immediate delivery and your right to cancel
Because the items we sell are digital content delivered immediately, you expressly request that delivery begins as soon as your payment is verified, and you acknowledge that you lose any statutory right to cancel or withdraw once a code or PIN has been shown on your order page. If you live in a country whose law gives you a cancellation right for digital content, this acknowledgment is the consent that law requires.
Until an item has been shown on your order page you may ask us to cancel it, and we will refund any item whose delivery has not started.
7. Returns, refunds and problems
Because digital codes can be used the moment they are revealed, delivered orders are generally not refundable. The circumstances in which we do refund or replace an item — for example when a code is invalid or an order was never delivered — are set out in the Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Reviews
Customers who have received an item may publish a review of it from their order page. Reviews must describe your own experience with the item you bought; they may not contain links, personal data about anyone, advertising, or content that is unlawful, offensive or misleading. We do not pay for reviews and do not edit their text.
By publishing a review you grant HiroPost a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display the review, your star rating and the display name you chose on the storefront and in its marketing, for as long as the review is published. We may hide a review that breaks these rules or that we reasonably believe is not genuine. You can ask us to remove your review at any time through our Whop support chat.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- pay with a card, wallet or account you are not entitled to use;
- open a chargeback or payment dispute for an order you received without contacting us first;
- resell, share or redistribute codes obtained through fraud, or use purchased items in breach of the relevant brand’s rules;
- use bots, scripts or other automation to place orders or probe the storefront;
- interfere with the storefront, its security or other customers;
- open or share a private order link that is not yours, or attempt to access another customer’s order;
- publish reviews that are false, that you were paid for, or for an order you did not place.
10. Third-party services
Redeeming or using a purchased item is governed by the terms of the brand that provides it (for example Tinder, Razer Gold or Steam). HiroPost has no control over those services, their availability, features, pricing or regional restrictions, and is not responsible for decisions they take about your account.
11. Our responsibility to you
We will deliver the item you paid for as described. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for problems caused by the third-party service the item is for, or for losses caused by information you gave us being wrong (such as choosing the wrong region or currency).
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the law of the Philippines, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in the country where you live. If a dispute cannot be settled through our support chat, you may bring it before the courts of the place where you live or where we are established; nothing here removes your right to use a consumer dispute-resolution body available to you.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to that order; the current version and its date are always shown on this page.
14. Contact
The quickest way to reach us about an order is our Whop support chat, or by replying to your confirmation email. Keep your order reference to hand.
15. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. We may transfer our rights under these Terms to a successor business; you may not transfer yours. These Terms, the Return Policy, the Privacy Policy and the End User License Agreement form the whole agreement between you and us about your orders.
