End User License Agreement
Your licence to use the HiroPost storefront, the limits on that use, and how the items you buy remain subject to each brand’s own licence.
Last updated October 14, 2026
1. What this agreement covers
This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) governs your use of the HiroPost website and any related applications (together, the “Service”). It applies alongside the Terms of Service. It does not replace the licence terms of the brands whose products you buy — see section 4.
2. Your licence to use the Service
HiroPost grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Service to browse products and place orders for your own use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
3. Restrictions
You may not, and may not help anyone else to:
- copy, modify, reverse engineer or create derivative works of the Service, except where the law allows this despite this clause;
- scrape, crawl or bulk-download catalog or pricing data, or use automation to place or probe orders;
- circumvent quantity limits, pricing, security measures or access controls;
- use the Service for anything unlawful, or to buy items for resale in breach of a brand’s rules;
- remove or alter any notices, branding or disclaimers shown in the Service;
- publish reviews that are false, paid for, or about an order you did not place.
4. Purchased items and third-party licences
The codes, PINs and gift cards sold through the Service are provided by third parties and are licensed to you — not sold — under those parties’ own agreements (for example the Tinder Terms of Use, the Razer Gold terms or the Steam Subscriber Agreement). HiroPost grants you no rights in those services and cannot change their rules, regional limits or expiry terms.
You are responsible for complying with the relevant brand’s terms when you redeem and use an item.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, text, generated artwork and code, belongs to HiroPost or its licensors. Third-party names, logos and product images belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products on offer; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.
6. Payments through Whop
Paying for an order is handled by Whop and may require a Whop account; Whop’s terms govern that account and the payment. Your items are delivered on your private order page at HiroPost, not inside Whop. Support is provided through our Whop support chat.
7. Changes and availability
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service, including specific products, at any time. We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties about the Service itself, and our liability in connection with it is limited as set out in the Terms of Service. Nothing in this EULA limits rights that cannot be limited under the law of your country.
9. Termination
This licence ends automatically if you breach this EULA or the Terms of Service. We may also suspend or terminate access to the Service to protect it or other customers. Sections 4, 5, 8 and 10 survive termination.
10. General
If any part of this EULA is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. This EULA, the Terms of Service, the Return Policy and the Privacy Policy together form the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.
